Role Description The Talent Attraction Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Saltillo, Coahuila (COA). This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and supporting hiring decisions for a variety of positions. The specialist will actively build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, digital platforms, and partnerships with educational institutions and professional associations. Daily activities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, improving candidate experience,



and supporting employer branding initiatives that reflect Bocar’s values and culture. The position also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent attraction strategies. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment or HR within manufacturing or automotive environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in Mexico is beneficial.
