We're looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Operations, DevOps & Platform Reliability Lead to lead infrastructure and platform operations for a large-scale managed service environment. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, infrastructure automation, observability, and production operations with technical leadership across distributed teams. The idóneo candidate will have extensive experience managing business-critical cloud platforms, leading major incident resolution, driving operational excellence, and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure practices. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead AWS infrastructure and platform operations, service delivery, technical governance, and L3 escalations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AWS, Kubernetes, networking, IAM, compute, storage, and CI/CD issues.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.
• Lead infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Define and improve observability standards across CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Oversee deployment processes, upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and platform reliability.
• Partner with engineering and automation teams to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams and establish effective support and escalation practices.
• Support resilience, disaster recovery, scalability, and operational readiness initiatives. Required Qualifications
• 9+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE,



or Platform Operations.
• Deep hands-on AWS operational experience, including:
• EC2
• IAM
• VPC
• Load Balancers
• S3
• RDS
• DynamoDB
• Cloud-native services
• Strong Kubernetes/EKS administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Strong CI/CD experience, including deployment automation and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
• Experience leading major incidents, root cause analysis (RCA), change management, and release governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
