Your Role And Responsibilities The Process Delivery Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and optimization of Record to Report (R2R) processes. This role goes beyond execution, requiring strong analytical judgment, problem solving capabilities, and process improvement leadership. The specialist ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders and supporting operational excellence across teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and oversee R2R processes related to Fixed Assets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Perform and review asset accounting activities
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring completeness and quality of deliverables
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Investigate and resolve complex issues, providing guidance and solutions to the team
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives,



identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements
• Act as a key liaison with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Operations, and clients)
• Provide high-quality stakeholder support, ensuring strong service delivery and relationship management
