Role Description The Telemarketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present Vingcard’s security and digital access solutions, qualify leads, and support sales objectives. The Telemarketing Representative responds to inquiries, provides accurate information about products and services, and records customer interactions in CRM or related systems. Daily tasks include following call scripts, meeting call and conversion targets, coordinating with the sales team on follow-ups,



and maintaining a professional and courteous phone presence. The role also includes gathering customer feedback and identifying opportunities to improve outreach and customer engagement. Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on building positive, long-term relationships.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.
• Sales abilities, including lead qualification, persuasion, and basic negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet call volume and performance targets, with strong time management and organization.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools or call center software and Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or inside sales is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
