We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources to support U.
S. HR operations. The adecuado candidate is highly organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in U.
S. employment practices, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and FSA plans.
• Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and conduct HR audits.
• Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with U.
S. employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
• Assist with performance management,



employee relations, and HR initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidential HR documentation. Requirements
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of U.
S. HR practices, employment laws, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (Paycor).
• Familiarity with multi-state payroll and tax requirements.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
