Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in any sales-related role (inside sales, retail sales, customer service with sales responsibilities, call center sales, appointment setting, etc.). Strong sales personality is a must. Previous SDR experience is a plus but not required. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a customer-focused approach. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets. Preferred: Previous experience in sales, outbound calls, customer service, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles. Interest in developing a long-term career in sales.
