About the Role
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems to ensure quality products are delivered to customers in a timely and cost-efficient manner. They collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes and implement continuous improvements. Responsibilities
• Design, develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
• Conduct training programs for employees on new processes and systems Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
