About Digistore24 Digistore24 is a general digital commerce and affiliate marketing platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses sell and scale their products internationally. As we continue expanding into new physical product categories, markets, and fulfillment opportunities, we're looking for an E-commerce Product & Fulfillment Lead to help turn new commercial opportunities into scalable operational solutions.

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, hands-on professional who enjoys solving operational challenges, working across teams, and bringing new e-commerce opportunities to life. As our E-commerce Product & Fulfillment Lead, you'll focus on two key areas: enabling new physical product opportunities and coordinating fulfillment operations. You'll work closely with our Sales team to evaluate new product categories, vendor requirements, markets, and fulfillment models. You'll identify what Digistore24 needs to support these opportunities, involve the appropriate internal teams, and coordinate implementation. You'll also serve as a key operational contact for our fulfillment partners, helping onboard new fulfillment centers, resolve operational challenges, and improve fulfillment processes. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and cross-functional exposure. It is not a traditional software product management or warehouse management position. You'll report directly to our Head of Operations and collaborate with teams across Sales, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Payments, Risk, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.

What You'll Do
E-commerce Product & Opportunity Enablement
• Work closely with Sales to understand new vendor needs, physical product categories, markets, and commercial opportunities.
• Evaluate whether Digistore24 can operationally support new product types and business models.
• Identify requirements involving fulfillment, product compliance, payments, legal considerations, tax, customs, and technical capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to assess feasibility and resolve operational challenges.
• Help drive opportunities from initial evaluation through go/no-go decisions, implementation, and launch.
• Identify recurring operational limitations and recommend improvements that enable Digistore24 to support additional vendors, products, and markets. Fulfillment Operations & Partner Management




• Coordinate day-to-day operational relationships with fulfillment centers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Evaluate fulfillment capabilities for new physical products, markets, and shipping models.
• Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new fulfillment partners.
• Assess partner capabilities, geographic coverage, shipping costs, delivery timelines, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate operational issues involving inventory, shipping, tracking, returns, customs documentation, and fulfillment charges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of fulfillment partners, supported product categories, markets, and operational capabilities.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve fulfillment performance. Cross-Functional Project Coordination
• Coordinate operational projects involving Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Tax, Compliance, and external partners.
• Track project requirements, responsibilities, deadlines, and progress.
• Help ensure approved opportunities move efficiently from planning to implementation.
• Identify operational dependencies, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
• Communicate progress and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support the successful launch of new fulfillment capabilities and operational processes. Process Improvement & Scalability
• Help develop standardized processes for evaluating new product and fulfillment opportunities.
• Document existing operational capabilities, requirements, and limitations.
• Improve fulfillment partner onboarding, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Identify recurring problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to building processes that allow Digistore24 to support new products and vendors more efficiently. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, product operations, commercial operations, or a related field.
• Practical experience working with fulfillment centers,



third-party logistics providers (3PLs), e-commerce platforms, or physical product operations.
• Experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams or external partners.
• Good understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, including shipping, inventory, returns, and delivery operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate operational challenges and identify practical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with commercial, operational, and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to project coordination. Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify, ShipOffers, or similar e-commerce and fulfillment platforms.
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, import/export, or cross-border e-commerce.
• Knowledge of EU VAT, US sales tax, or physical product compliance requirements.
• Experience working with fulfillment partners across US and European markets.
• Exposure to marketplaces, merchant-of-record platforms, payment processing, or affiliate marketing.
