The idóneo candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and use resources effectively to deliver desired outcomes. Responsibilities
• Establish and ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions and a strong safety culture.
• Establish and maintain company processes to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization.
• Provide solid, consistent leadership, accountability, and mentoring to all employees.
• Lead the plant’s personnel development efforts.
• Manage the plant P&L;
• Lead the use of tools to improve business conditions.
• Lead initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity and delivery. Qualifications
• Bachelor's in engineering or a related field.
• Master degree is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong use of Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving tools.
• Finance knowledge: P&L;, Forecasting, budgets.
• Coaching and management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing of automotive
