LEAD MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Lead the development of automotive products from RFQ phase through validation and launch, ensuring compliance with Quality, Cost and Timing (QCT) targets.
Define and drive technical solutions, translating customer, legal and internal requirements into robust product specifications and development strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional and global development teams, managing technical risks, project milestones and resource planning throughout the product lifecycle.




Validate product concepts through simulations, calculations, testing and verification activities, ensuring compliance with automotive standards and customer expectations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
~5+ years of experience in automotive product development, including responsibility for complete development projects.
~ Proven experience leading technical discussions and coordinating cross-functional teams in a integral environment.
