Work with B-F business users to provide solutions that make users more effective and efficient. These solutions should be created from one of the B-F corporate platforms such as: Salesforce.com, Tableau, Google Apps, and SAP Will also act as a change agent for the Americas Region as these new technologies are deployed. Scale integral solutions and support market-specific needs within the Commercial Area
Directly support regional technology needs within the Americas Region
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging software and hardware technologies.
Create and nurture relationships with business users to introduce new ideas and technologies seamlessly.
Partner with global teams to share and implement best practices across all regions.
Execute technology implementation initiatives within agreed timelines, budgets, and resources.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
~5-7 years of applicable business experience.
~ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Apps (Sites, Docs, Search, scripting).




~ Strong desire to implement new technologies or procedures to streamline business processes.
~ Understanding of Salesforce.

Data visualization using Tableau or similar tools
~ Data modeling experience
~ User interface/design experience
~ Understanding of SAP BW

Development experience with Salesforce.

Tableau & Figma design and development
Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL
Proficiency in prompt engineering to optimize outputs from large language models (LLMs) for commercial use cases
