Identifying risks, solving complex challenges, and creating innovative solutions that address evolving customer and project needs.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design,



Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
~ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
~3-4years of experience in interior design, workplace design, or a related design field as a fulltime.
~ Experience working directly with customers and presenting design solutions.
~ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating competing priorities.
~ Experience leading design efforts for large, complex, or strategic client accounts.
~ Strong listening skills with the ability to translate customer needs into thoughtful design solutions.
~ Experience creating presentations, design documentation, standards, and client-facing deliverables.
~ Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and creative responses to business and design challenges.
Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve project and business objectives.
