Now, we're looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment operations, develop high-performing teams, and take our Executive Search standards to the next level.
We're not looking for someone who simply manages a recruitment pipeline. Someone who plans ahead, anticipates challenges, drives accountability, and turns complex recruitment projects into consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Lead and develop a team of four recruitment executives across management, director, executive, specialized and technology searches.
Influence how recruitment projects are planned, measured and delivered—from intake to placement and guarantee follow-up.
Make a tangible impact in a boutique talent consulting firm where quality and execution matter.
Own end-to-end recruitment delivery: prioritize searches, distribute workloads, define milestones and ensure commitments are met.
Run structured weekly planning and Quick Wins, daily follow-ups and performance reviews.
Review intake, sourcing strategies, interviews, assessments, finalist reports,



references and candidate files to protect the Omkara quality standard.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, client experience, quality of shortlists and productivity; Balance speed, quality, commercial judgment and candidate experience.
5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specialized recruiting, or Executive Search.
~2 years of experience leading recruitment teams, managing workloads, KPIs, and performance.
~ Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, ATS platforms, and competency-based interviewing.
~ Experience with psychometric assessments, recruitment analytics, and quality control.
~ Advanced English (C1) for professional interaction with international clients.
~ Exceptional planning, problem-solving, accountability, and execution capabilities.
