BRP is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Launch Lead to drive the MLP from kickoff to stable operations. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other functions to ensure safe, on-time launches with defined safety, quality, cost, capacity, and performance targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5 years in automotive launches, with strong English communication and cross-functional leadership.
