You will provide hands-on end-user support for infrastructure, applications, incidents and service requests, while partnering with the Global Service Desk to ensure timely, quality solutions.
You will manage workstation compliance, assist with IT projects, asset lifecycle, budgets and vendor coordination, and travel occasionally to other sites.
