Flex is seeking a Process Engineer for the Juarez South site to support production and process improvements. Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, you will lead capital equipment introductions, establish repeatable processes, and drive efficiency across manufacturing lines.
Adecuado candidates have advanced English, a bachelor’s degree, and Six Sigma experience to support NPIs and cost-improvement initiatives in a dynamic, inclusive environment at Flex.
