About the Role

Our client, What Jobs Direct, is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Junior Human Resources Assistant to join a leading agro-industrial company. This role is based in the vibrant city of Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX , and offers a hybrid work model, combining essential office-based duties with the flexibility of remote work. As a recent graduate, you will gain invaluable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process for new employees. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS. Assist with payroll preparation and verification. Provide support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Help organize company events and training sessions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in performance management processes.



Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. High attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Experience working in a hybrid or collaborative team environment.
