Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary. Contribute to team goals by meeting performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction scores. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest potential solutions.



Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with a clear and professional tone. Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with CRM software, helpdesk tools, and general computer applications. Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain productivity in a remote setting. A dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet access.
