All Systems Go.We're looking for an on-site HR Manager in Tijuana to own day-to-day HR and labor compliance for our Mexico warehouse team as it joins Locad.
You will be the primary HR contact for employees and site leadership, and the link between the local team and Locad's global People & Culture function.This role is ideal for someone who is hands‐on and confident working across Spanish and English in a fast-moving fulfillment environment.What you'll focus on1.
Employee Relations and Day-to-Day HRAct as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions, concerns, and workplace issuesHandle onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee records for the Tijuana teamManage attendance, leave, and time‐off administration in line with local practice and Locad's global leave policySupport disciplinary processes, investigations, and terminations with proper documentation2.
Mexico Labor ComplianceEnsure compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, and other applicable local requirementsMaintain compliant contracts, internal work regulations,



and required employee documentationTrack statutory benefits and obligations such as aguinaldo, vacation premium, and profit sharing (PTU)Work with local legal counsel and Locad's People & Culture team on any labor risks or changes3.
Payroll CoordinationCoordinate weekly payroll inputs and validation with the existing payroll provider and attendance systemReview attendance, overtime, and incidents before each payroll cut‐off and resolve discrepanciesPartner with Finance on payroll reporting, accruals, and statutory paymentsFlag payroll process improvements as the team scales4.
Warehouse Workforce SupportSupport hiring and scheduling for warehouse operations staff, including full‐time and project‐based rolesWork with the VP of Operations and operations supervisors on staffing, performance, and engagementPromote workplace safety practices and coordinate with site leadership on incident follow‐upRun basic employee engagement and communication on site5.
