We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Release Manager to manage Salesforce platform administration and lead end-to-end release execution across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, Copado DevOps, CI/CD processes, source control, and release governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, security settings, objects, fields, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage release planning, deployment scheduling, production validation, rollback planning, and post-release support.
• Configure and maintain Copado pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.
• Manage promotions, deployments, environment synchronization, and source control processes.
• Define and govern Git branching, merging, and conflict resolution practices.
• Automate Salesforce deployments and CI/CD activities using Copado.
• Coordinate production releases and ensure testing, approvals, and compliance requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, metadata dependencies,



merge conflicts, and environment inconsistencies.
• Maintain release documentation, deployment plans, checklists, and communications.
• Partner with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful release delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment quality, automation, and release reliability.

Job Description

Application Developers develop, test and integrate applications, frameworks and tools in a controlled environment. With expertise in a specific technology environment, they are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management or technical application management of client-specific package based solutions.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Represent team in project meetings. Work with business and functional analysts, and software and solution architects in ensuring that programs and systems function as intended. Supervise, mentor and manage large teams of programmers in one or more projects. Certifications: You maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution andoror relevant programming toolsorlanguage, and relevant methodology.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Salesforce Administration, Release Management, DevOps, or Deployment Coordination.
• Hands-on expertise with Copado DevOps, including pipelines, promotions, deployments, branching, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, environments, deployment dependencies, and source control.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Visual Studio Code, Data Loader, and Workbench.




• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security, and governor limits.
• Experience working in Agile environments, change management, release governance, and production support.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Copado Certifications (Fundamentals, Consultant, Essentials, Testing, or Extension Builder).
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I Certification.
• Experience with Copado Robotic Testing and Copado Data Deploy.
• Familiarity with CodeScan, OwnBackup, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, GitHub, AutoRABIT, Gearset, Flosum, Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
