As a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring IT systems align seamlessly with client goals. How You’ll Help Us (Key Responsibilities)

- Lead collaborative workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Define and document project objectives, goals, and success criteria to drive strategic project roadmaps.




- Prioritize and manage requirements, ensuring continuous alignment with business needs and effectively managing scope changes.

Process Improvement and Documentation

- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify operational inefficiencies and discover opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use case diagrams, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Develop robust business analysis plans, contributing to overall project strategy and comprehensive system documentation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with clients and technical teams to assess legacy systems and support modern implementations.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to build compelling business cases for new initiatives.
- Maintain transparent communication, providing regular project updates to cross-functional teams and executive sponsors.

Testing and Training

- Develop and execute functional test cases and actively orchestrate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver training sessions and comprehensive user guides to ensure smooth organizational transition to new tools and processes.

Project and Team Leadership

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with peer analysts.
- Ensure alignment across all project phases,



proactively surface risks, and provide actionable status insights.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant role, specializing in complex enterprise software applications.
- Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Hands‑on experience managing backlogs and project tracking within Azure DevOps (4+ Years).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong strategic insight, exceptional attention to detail, and a delivery-focused mindset.
- Methodology Versatility: Deep proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, with the ability to navigate complex project environments effectively.

Preferred Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Visio, Project) and data/analytics tools (SQL, Power BI).
- Domain Expertise: Industry experience within Healthcare, Finance, or the Public Sector is highly desirable.
