About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including market research reports, industry publications, competitive intelligence tools, and customer feedback.

- Monitor and report on integral market trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes,



and economic factors impacting the industry.

- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis, identifying competitors' strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.

- Develop customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to identify unmet needs and market opportunities.

- Create compelling and actionable market intelligence reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and cross-functional teams.

- Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to guide product development, marketing strategies, and business expansion efforts.

- Build and maintain a network of external sources and industry experts to enhance intelligence gathering capabilities.

- Manage and mentor a team of market research analysts and intelligence specialists, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning.

- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all market intelligence outputs.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, market research, or strategic planning.

- Proven experience in leading and developing market intelligence functions,



preferably on a global scale.

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.

- Proficiency in market research methodologies, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and competitive intelligence platforms.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable business insights.

- Experience managing and mentoring a team.

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Must be comfortable and productive in a fully remote work environment, requiring self-discipline and strong communication skills.
