Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Process and manage online orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via email, chat, or phone.

Requirements
