Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute logistics strategies that support business growth, operational excellence, and customer requirements.

- Manage inbound and outbound transportation operations to ensure on‑time delivery and cost optimization.

- Monitor logistics KPIs, including transportation cost, delivery performance, and logistics productivity.

- Lead logistics projects focused on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement.

- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, safety standards, and company policies.

- Develop annual logistics budgets and monitor spending against targets.

- Lead, coach, and develop logistics personnel to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.

8.Support digital transformation initiatives, including implementation and optimization of logistics systems and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external logistics providers.
- Strong knowledge of transportation networks, Customs Agents and import/export operations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
