Economic Scheme - Initial Phase (First 3 months):

- $8,892.30 monthly (Biweekly payments)
- Guaranteed bonus of $3,000 monthly (payment at the end of the month)

From the 4th month:

- $8,892.30 monthly
- Punctuality and attendance bonus: $500 monthly + $1,000 quarterly
