About the Role Our client is seeking a Senior Software Architect with a strong focus on microservices and cloud-native architectures to join their dynamic team in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and evolving scalable, resilient, and high-performance software systems. This role requires a deep understanding of modern software development practices, distributed systems, and cloud technologies. You will guide development teams, set technical direction, and ensure the architectural integrity of our applications, playing a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant microservices-based applications deployed on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for microservices development. Lead the design and implementation of APIs, ensuring seamless integration between services. Collaborate with development teams to guide them through the design and implementation of new features and services. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for cloud-native development. Oversee the adoption of Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges. Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.



Contribute to technical roadmaps and strategic planning for the software architecture. Ensure the overall architectural vision aligns with business objectives and technical strategy. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a software architect role. Proven experience designing and building microservices architectures. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of API design principles (RESTful, g RPC) and messaging queues (Kafka, Rabbit MQ). Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C#). Experience with distributed systems concepts and challenges. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence technical teams.
