Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure UX designs are feasible and align with business objectives. Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web, mobile, and potentially AR/VR applications. Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle. Advocate for user needs and ensure accessibility standards are met. Stay current with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies,



particularly in areas of gamification and immersive experiences. Contribute to the development of a design system to ensure consistency across products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products and immersive experiences. Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, In Vision, or similar. Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. Experience designing for various platforms, including web, mobile applications, and familiarity with AR/VR design principles. Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, Java Script) is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
