Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to enhance store performance and profitability. Oversee the P&L; management for all retail locations under your purview. Implement and maintain efficient supply chain and inventory management processes. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements across all stores. Lead and mentor regional store managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Merchandising, Marketing, and HR to align operational goals.



Manage capital expenditure projects related to store facilities and infrastructure. Champion innovation and best practices in retail store operations. Requirements Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with a significant portion in leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit retail operations and P&Ls.; Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and loss prevention. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities. Experience in the Reciente León retail market is highly advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
