Wabtec’s Electric Rotating Machines Engineering team in Mexico is seeking an Advanced Lead Engineer to design, test and expand electric machine products for rail, off-highway and drill applications. You will lead cross-functional activities, mentor junior engineers and ensure performance, reliability and manufacturability.
You’ll own motors and alternator mechanical design, drive innovation, review drawings, coordinate with integral teams and support field deployments.
