About the Role Our client, a prominent fintech company based in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí , is seeking a talented Technical Lead for Mobile Development, proficient in both i OS and Android platforms. This is a critical leadership role responsible for guiding a team of skilled mobile developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, user-centric mobile applications. You will oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and performance are maintained. The idóneo candidate possesses a strong technical background, excellent leadership qualities, and a passion for creating innovative mobile experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers in the San Luis Potosí region and beyond. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of i OS and Android developers. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of native mobile applications. Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and requirements. Drive technical decision-making for mobile projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in mobile applications. Stay current with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and platform updates (i OS and Android).



Manage the app release process and ensure smooth deployment to app stores. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in mobile application development. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role. Proven expertise in native i OS development (Swift/Objective‑C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin/Java). Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with mobile development tools, debugging, and performance profiling. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
