Main Responsibilites Lead daily production operations to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives for the assigned production area. Communicate plant and business objectives to the team, establish clear expectations, and drive execution through effective performance management and accountability. Supervise, coach, and develop hourly employees, fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning. Plan and assign workforce schedules, staffing, and resources to meet customer demand while optimizing labour efficiency and operational performance. Monitor production performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to ensure the timely achievement of production targets. Drive adherence to quality standards, manufacturing procedures, and customer requirements, ensuring product conformity and reducing defects. Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, and other operational excellence methodologies. Analyse production data,
