Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.




- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis with clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell/cross-sell relevant services.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Gather client feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth and successful implementation process.

Requirements

- Proven track record in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Spanish.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of client relationship management.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a Remote setting.

- Located in or familiar with the Mérida, Yucatán region is a plus.
