Position Overview We are seeking a Systems & Requirements Engineer to define, author, maintain, and govern customer-level feature requirements for current and future vehicle programs . In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between product planning, core engineering, systems engineering, HMI, software, hardware, and physical validation teams . You will translate customer expectations, field insights, and competitive benchmarks into clear, testable, and traceable technical specifications across the vehicle lifecycle .

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements Lifecycle Management: Own the authoring, baselining, review, approval, and status tracking of engineering requirements throughout the product development lifecycle .

- System Decomposition: Translate customer needs, voice-of-customer clinics,



and field insights into platform-level functional and non-functional specifications .

- Cross-Functional Interface Alignment: Facilitate multidisciplinary requirement reviews to resolve technical gaps, system conflicts, interface dependencies, and architectural constraints .

- Bidirectional Traceability: Maintain end-to-end traceability from high-level feature intent down to software, hardware, and validation plans using ALM tools . Evaluate change requests for technical, timing, cost, and compliance impacts .

- Safety & Regulatory Integration: Partner with validation teams to establish acceptance criteria and ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), cybersecurity, and regulatory standards .
