Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts and operational goals. Monitor production progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions. Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure optimal stock availability. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production capacity with market demand. Implement and improve planning and control systems using ERP or other relevant software. Generate reports on production performance, inventory status, and capacity utilization. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in production planning and control processes.



Work with engineering and manufacturing teams to understand capacity constraints and capabilities. Support the forecasting process by providing historical data and analysis. Ensure adherence to established quality standards and safety procedures in all planning activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or operations management within an industrial setting. Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and inventory management techniques. Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning software. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
