About the Role
Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is looking for a diligent and proactive Coordinador de Logística Operativa to join their team in Zapopan, Jalisco.
This role is vital for ensuring the seamless execution of daily logistics operations, from inbound to outbound movements.
You will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
Manage and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates.
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure on‐time delivery and cost‐effectiveness.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
Implement and monitor quality control measures for all incoming and outgoing goods.




Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
