Key Responsibilities

- Analyze sales data by customer, product, and time period to identify trends and purchasing patterns.
- Identify seasonal demand, changes in customer behavior, and opportunities to increase sales.
- Evaluate customer performance and recommend products based on purchasing history and market trends.
- Track sales KPIs, forecasts, and targets to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Inventory teams to support business decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and internal systems.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support business growth through sales data analysis, customer purchasing trends, and data-driven recommendations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) , this role will analyze historical sales performance, identify seasonal patterns, uncover growth opportunities, and provide insights to support commercial and financial decision-making.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or BI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
