Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis)

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Design and develop functional specifications for system enhancements and customizations.
- Conduct thorough testing of configured solutions and integration points.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI/CO processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP developers) to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and client presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and best practices in finance and controlling.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities and proposal development when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant.
- Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA) functionalities.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of core business processes in financial accounting and management accounting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a integral team.
- SAP certifications in FI or CO are a strong asset.
- Proficiency in English is a plus for client interaction.
