About the RoleOur client is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Jefe de Control de Calidad de Producción to lead quality assurance efforts at their manufacturing plant in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.
This critical leadership position will oversee all quality control processes, ensuring that products meet stringent internal and external standards.

and R&D; teams to resolve quality issues.Manage customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements for quality management.Prepare reports on quality performance metrics for senior management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or a related science field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing quality teams.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.G., ISO **).
