Manager Workforce planning located in Guadalajara.
Reporting to the Sr Director, HR Global Business Services, the Sr Manager Workforce Planning role will beresponsible to lead general workforce planning (Headcount Planning) activities across manufacturing operations.
This role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing headcount forecasts, budget and operational plan variances, and identifying the key drivers behind workforce increases and reductions.
The position will provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and ensure alignment between workforce demand and operational requirements.




A key responsibility of this role will be partnering with Manufacturing leaders, HR Business Partners, and Workforce Planning SPOCs to support workforce planning requirements associated with new project ramp-ups, product launches, operational expansions, production transfers, and capacity growth initiatives across global manufacturing sites.
The role will ensure workforce readiness and staffing strategies are aligned with evolving business needs.
Additionally, this position will serve as the primary point of contact for Workforce Planning
