About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing fintech company, is looking for a visionary Blockchain Solutions Architect to join their innovative team. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable and secure blockchain-based solutions that address complex business challenges in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs and industry requirements.
- Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies for implementation.
- Develop technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints for blockchain projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define project scope and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the security, scalability, performance, and reliability of blockchain architectures.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and distributed ledger technology.
- Create technical documentation, including design specifications, integration plans, and deployment guides.




- Assess the feasibility and potential impact of integrating blockchain technology into existing systems.
- Mentor junior technical staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in software architecture and design, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on blockchain solutions.
- Deep understanding of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda), consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex, enterprise-grade blockchain applications.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cryptography, and network security principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in the fintech industry is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages (e.g., Go, Java, JavaScript, Solidity).
