Amazon Inc. in Mexico is hiring an Area Manager for our new Inbound Cross Dock (IXD) – the first of its kind in the country. You will lead multiple hourly teams, coach other managers, and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance across operations.
You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, manage inventory flow from vendors to Fulfillment Centers, and implement new technologies to boost efficiency while maintaining service levels.
