ICON seeks a Logistics Coordinator I to manage order creation, international documentation, and shipment coordination for medical devices and clinical research supplies across a integral customer base. The role involves inventory management, recall operations, shipment monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely distribution.
Responsibilities
Create orders and distribute supporting documentation for shipments of medical devices, supplies, imaging phantoms, and site documentation globally
Develop international documentation to meet country-specific, sponsor, and site requirements
Manage recall process by querying sites and providing return documentation
Monitor and resolve shipment alerts and exceptions by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with operations and distribution centers to ensure timely, quality shipments and drive process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed
Experience working in shipping industry preferred
Medical device experience preferred
Vendor management experience preferred
Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
