This position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.
Main Responsibilities: Monitor and track active shipments Proactively communicate with carriers and drivers Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams Identify and escalate potential delays or service issues Ensure accurate documentation and system update Requirements: English level – Advance (fluent) At least 1 year of experience Tracking loads Experience tracking shipments for international loads.
