You'll raise standards, build capability in your team, and set up a plant that's ready for the next stage of growth, working shoulder to shoulder with Production to build a preventive, continuous‐improvement culture.
What you'll ownQuality & Food Safety strategy for the entire operationFood safety and quality management systems: HACCP, GMP/PRPs and food safety programsRegulatory, standards and customer complianceInternal, external, customer and regulatory audits, start to finishDeviations, CAPA, root cause analysis and non‐conforming productSpecifications for raw materials,



processes and finished goodsSupplier and co‐manufacturer evaluation and developmentCross‐functional partnership with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, R&D; and corporate teamsLeading and growing a high‐performing technical teamContinuous‐improvement initiatives that cut waste, rework, rejections, complaints and cost of poor qualityWhat you bringDegree in Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFB), Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or a related field8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ in Quality/Food Safety in food manufacturingHands‐on experience leading technical teams and working directly with ProductionStrong command of HACCP, FSSC *, PCQI, GMP/PRPs, CAPA, Food Defense, Food Fraud and root cause analysisExperience with management systems, audits, supplier management and non‐conforming productEnglish: B2 or higherMust have: proven experience with AAA customer audits and international food safety schemes (GFSI)Why this role mattersReal impact: your decisions shape a fast‐growing brand sold in two countriesVisibility: work closely with leadership and every area of the businessGrowth: the role grows with the company.
