About the work We're building AI-powered automations on AWS to run our operations. Our workflows are mostly deterministic (predictable, low-cost, fast), with AI nodes used only where interpretation, classification or drafting is actually needed. A governance layer sits on top; domain agents run underneath against a shared toolset. Some workflows run fully automated; others are human-in-the-loop, where the workflow drafts and a person reviews before anything executes. We're also building an internal portal to run our operations, moving off our no-code database onto a PostgreSQL backend.

What you'll do
• Build and deploy agents and workflows in our AWS environment
• Design deterministic workflows that call AI only where it's needed
• Build fully automated workflows and human-in-the-loop tasks (draft → human review/approval → execute)
• Build and migrate our operational data onto PostgreSQL for the internal portal

• Wire tool integrations and guardrails (scoped access, review gates, kill switch)
• Keep infrastructure, AI and workflows fast and cost-efficient
• Ship clean, documented, testable builds through our CI pipeline Must have
• Production AWS experience, serverless-first: Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, IAM, CI/CD
• Experience orchestrating workflows with selective AI/LLM steps (Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK or AWS Strands a plus)
• PostgreSQL: schema design, migrations, query optimization
• AI-driven automations you've shipped to production
• Integrations with third-party APIs (REST/webhooks)
• Reliable overlap with US Eastern

How to apply
Apply here on LinkedIn. We'll send 6 short screening questions and ask for a 3-minute video walking us through how you'd design an AWS workflow with an AI step and a human approval. Applications without a video don't move forward. Everything happens on LinkedIn. We're hiring ASAP.
