Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for financial applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Architect scalable and reliable systems that handle complex financial transactions and data. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge. Contribute to architectural discussions and technology decisions. Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.



Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in Fin Tech. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion focused on financial systems or Fin Tech. Strong proficiency in backend development languages such as Java, Python, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database technologies (SQL/No SQL). Solid understanding of financial concepts, trading systems, payment processing, or digital banking. Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills, comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.
