Our client, a leading automotive service and technology provider, is seeking a highly skilled Ingeniero de Diagnóstico y Solución de Fallas Automotrices to join their technical support team in Acapulco, Guerrero. This role is dedicated to providing expert-level diagnostics and technical assistance for complex automotive issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation for excellence. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools and your deep understanding of vehicle systems to identify and resolve a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Key Responsibilities Perform in-depth diagnostics on a variety of vehicle makes and models using advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment. Identify root causes of complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures. Develop and implement effective repair strategies and solutions for diagnosed issues. Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians and customer service representatives. Document all diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and resolutions accurately. Stay current with the latest automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques. Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.



Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge bases for diagnostic troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and best practices in vehicle servicing. Analyze common failure patterns and provide feedback for product improvement. Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repair, with a proven track record of solving complex issues. Expertise with automotive diagnostic software and hardware (e.g., OBD-II scanners, oscilloscopes, multi-meters). In-depth knowledge of vehicle electronic systems, engine management, transmission control, and ABS/airbag systems. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. ASE certifications or equivalent are highly desirable. Experience working in the automotive service industry in or around Acapulco, Guerrero. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple diagnostic cases. Benefits
