· Hours tracked in Time Doctor Where you can be: Mexico or anywhere in Latin America. At least 4 hours a day of overlap with US Eastern Time. We're a fast-growing sustainability company working with national enterprise clients, run on Traction/EOS. The role You'll own our operating system for a remote team of 40+ people across sales, operations, finance and tech: the weekly scorecard, quarterly goals (Rocks), weekly leadership meetings (L10s), 1:1s and reviews. Your job is to make sure every person and every team knows their numbers, reports them on time and follows through, and to spot problems in the data early. This is an organization role, not an HR admin role.

What you'll do
• Build and maintain the company scorecard: KPIs for every team and person, who owns each number, and when it's due
• Run the meeting rhythm: agendas out ahead, numbers in before the meeting, to-dos followed up until done
• Track quarterly Rocks and flag anything off track every week
• Make sure 1:1s and quarterly reviews happen on schedule,



with the numbers in front of everyone
• Audit productivity in Time Doctor every week and flag issues to the right manager early
• Manage team projects and task lists so every task has an owner and a due date
• Work with our developers to automate reports, reminders, scorecards and follow-ups with AI
• Audit software and spend every month
• Report to the CEO every week: what's on track, what's red, and what you're doing about it Who you are
• Extremely organized; you've run a team's KPIs, meetings, reviews or 1:1s
• Polite, direct and persistent about accountability
• You've built trackers, scorecards or dashboards (Airtable, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, Google Sheets or similar); using AI is a plus
• EOS/Traction experience is a strong plus
• Fluent written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus)
