Call Center Services International (CCSI) is looking for a Recruitment Interviewer to join our team! In this role, you'll focus on interviewing, pre-screening, and evaluating candidates to identify the best talent for our open positions.

What You'll Do
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews with candidates.
Pre-screen applicants to assess their experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the position.
Evaluate candidates based on job requirements and established screening criteria.
Identify strengths, areas of opportunity, and relevant experience during interviews.
Document interview notes and provide clear, objective feedback to hiring managers.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
Maintain accurate candidate information and interview records in the recruitment system.




Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, interviewing, or candidate screening. Experience recruiting for administrative positions is a plus.
Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates against position requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to ask effective questions, actively listen, and identify relevant information during interviews.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple interviews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment systems/CRMs and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
A degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field are preferred, but not a must.
