Role Description This full-time Asesor Patrimonial Financiero role at MCBrokers is an on-site position based in Mexico City, Mexico. Daily activities include preparing financial projections, analyzing market and product information, documenting recommendations, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams, proactive follow-up with clients, and continuous development of product and market knowledge to deliver high-quality, ethical advisory services. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Estate Planning to help clients structure and protect assets across generations.
• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to design comprehensive,



goal-based advisory strategies.
• Solid knowledge of Investments to recommend appropriate portfolios aligned with risk profiles and time horizons.
• Understanding of Insurance solutions to integrate protection strategies into overall wealth plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in financial advisory or wealth management (e.g., financial planner or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high professional integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Proficiency in Spanish; working knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Mexico City and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
